Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your COP Subscription at any time through your COP Parental Control App or by writing an email to us at support@copparenting.com.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to all COP features during this period. After the billing cycle ends, your subscription will not be renewed, and your access to COP services will be discontinued.

If your subscription has already been renewed, you are eligible to request a refund only if you cancel within 24 hours of renewal. Refund requests made after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note:

  • Cancelling your subscription will stop future auto-renewals but will not immediately terminate your current plan.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of an active subscription.

  • Uninstalling the COP app from your child’s or parent’s device does not automatically cancel your subscription.

  • The complimentary 14-day free trial is available only to first-time users and is not applicable to subsequent subscriptions or renewals.

To avoid renewal charges, we recommend cancelling your subscription before your next billing date.
