User: An individual or group of individuals (parents, children, or legal guardians) using the Devices and Application.

We may collect Personal Information provided by You while creating Your Account or during your use of the app, including:

Device Information: Serial number, battery level, call duration, contacts, etc.

The phone numbers and emails we collect, especially the contact details of parents, will be used to send alert notifications if the user has purchased any COP plans. 10. Third-Party Services

We share Your information with third-party service providers like Firebase for uninterrupted and improved services. No ads are served in the COP application. Firebase Analytics is used solely for non-personalized usage tracking.

Certain functionalities of the Portal use cookies, beacons, and other technologies to enhance User experience. The Portal also uses third-party cookies for payment processing and functionality enhancement.

12. Information Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Your Personal Information. For secure payments, we use encrypted technologies to protect Your data during Internet transactions.

13. Children’s Privacy

The services do not address anyone under the age of 13. COP does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parents/guardians’ supervision, COP will immediately delete the information from our servers. 14. Deleting Your Account

You may delete Your Account at any time, and we may retain some Personal Information after deletion for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can also request the deletion of your Personal Information by contacting Us.
