COP Subscription Policy

1 Device Plan
  • The 1-Device Plan offers three subscription options: Monthly, 6-Month, and 1-Year. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase.
  • With this plan, you may connect one child device to your COP Parental Control App.
  • Your subscription will renew according to the duration you have selected.
  • For example, if you purchase a 1-Year subscription on January 10th, 2026, it will automatically renew on January 10th each year, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You are eligible for a refund only if you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of renewal. Refunds are not available if you cancel after this 24-hour period.
  • First-time COP app users receive a complimentary 14-day trial in addition to the duration of their chosen subscription.
  • The 14-day free trial is available only to first-time COP app users and is limited to one account per customer.
